We ask for a flat-rate contribution to the delivery costs of €8 for our standard Chronopost delivery in metropolitan France; delivery costs are free for an order of more than €100 including VAT.
For delivery on a Saturday or outside this territory, the price varies and is visible on the order just before payment.
Once your parcel is sent, his tracking number is saved on your account.

We cannot send this type of information after ordering but you ca, on La Poste website (click here) using your parcel tracking number (See previous FAQ to find it on your account).
The Products ordered on the Site will be shipped to Metropolitan France by Colissimo Expert or Chronopost (different rates), according to your choice when ordering.
Note that once this choice has been validated, we cannot modify it.
When you place an order, and its payment is validated, your order is transmitted to our delivery service, and the package is shipped the next day, from MONDAY to FRIDAY:
The default delivery mode is Colissimo Expert.
Your order placed on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday, your Friday order will be shipped the following Monday.
Colissimo expert delivers in 72 hours. Given the processing and preparation time of the order, between your order and delivery, it takes 5 days (excluding Sunday).
-DETAILS for SATURDAY and Delivery before 13H.
*A Chronopost SATURDAY is supported by Chronopost on Friday: so to be delivered on SATURDAY, you must place an order no later than THURSDAY, we prepare and ship on Friday, you will be delivered on Saturday. *A Chronopost 13H is picked up the day before and delivered from Monday to Friday:
For example to be delivered on Friday before 13H, you must place an order no later than WEDNESDAY, we ship on Thursday, you are delivered on Friday.
For these two types of delivery, the delivery of the parcel is done against signature of the recipient.
In case of absence, a notice of pending is left in the recipient's mailbox. The Company cannot be held responsible for a lack of information from Chronopost or Colissimo.
Upon shipment of the Products, the delivery tracking number and the delivery method (Colissimo or Chronopost) are available on the invoice, which can be consulted on your account on the Site. You can track the delivery by entering this number on the Colissimo or Chronopost website.
Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs.
The dimensions of the boxes are best suited to the size of your order and your items are properly protected.
